Data collected automatically:

• The date and time you visited the Website, the pages you viewed, and the site or advertisement that referred you

• Interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation, collected through analytics and session-replay tools

Payment data. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers through Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not receive, hold or store your full card number.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that certain parts of the Website, including the shopping cart and checkout, may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

We use your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

• To identify you and to verify your identity when you contact us
• To process, fulfil and deliver your order, including passing delivery details to our delivery team
• To contact you about your order, including to confirm delivery and dismantling dates and to advise you of any surcharge before dispatch

Our Website runs on the Shopify e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments on our behalf.

• Advertising and social platforms — Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

• Website features — product options, order limits, store locator, social feed and SEO tools

Some of these providers are located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence assistants, to help draft responses to customer enquiries and to assist with order administration. Responses are reviewed by our team before being sent where they concern your order.

Except as set out in this Policy, we will not sell, transfer or disclose any of your personal data to any third party without your knowledge and consent.

We must provide your personal data in response to a search warrant or other legally valid enquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose personal data to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you.

Where you place an order for delivery to another person, we will disclose the recipient’s name, address and contact number to our delivery team for the purpose of completing that delivery.

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law — including accounting and tax record-keeping obligations, which generally require transaction records to be kept for five years.

Where personal data is no longer required for any business or legal purpose, we will cease to retain it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

No transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be absolutely secure. We therefore do not represent or warrant the complete security of information provided to us or our agents through the Website. You understand that you provide this information at your own risk.

Under the PDPA you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you, and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
• Request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data for any purpose, on reasonable notice
• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us

Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are no longer able to process your order or provide certain services to you. We will inform you of the likely consequences before acting on a withdrawal request.

We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will inform you of the fee before processing the request.
