These are our main Terms and Conditions. They apply to every order placed with The Green Corner.

Two of our ranges are delivered on their own schedules and are charged differently. Each has a short set of additional terms covering only what is specific to it. Those additional terms are read together with this document, not instead of it:

Where a festive document says something different from this one on the same point — for example cancellation terms or delivery charges — the festive document applies to that order. On everything else, this document governs.

Prince’s Landscape Pte Ltd, trading as The Green Corner (“TGC”), will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is complete, current and accurate. However, due to circumstances not within our control, occasionally the product, its specifications and actual quality may vary. TGC reserves its right to revise all prices, specifications and products on the site at any time without notice.

Photos and images of products shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. The actual colour, size and appearance may vary due to differences in screen resolution and calibration. Sizes, colours, weights and descriptions are approximate only, and TGC shall not be liable for such variations between the description given and the actual product.

Plants are living products. Natural variation in form, leaf colour and flowering is normal and is not a defect.

Our regular range, our Christmas range and our Chinese New Year range are fulfilled by different teams on different schedules and are charged under different delivery terms. For this reason they cannot be combined in a single order. If your cart contains items from more than one of these ranges you will be asked to remove all but one group and place a separate order for the rest.

The charges in this section apply to our regular range. Christmas and Chinese New Year orders are charged under their own terms.

All delivery charges below are inclusive of GST and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postal code and order value.

Free delivery on orders above $150. Orders with a subtotal of $150.00 or more, after all discounts have been applied, qualify for free standard delivery within Singapore.

Free delivery does not apply to Jurong Island or Marina Bay Sands. The free-delivery benefit is limited to the $25.00 standard delivery rate. Orders to Jurong Island and Marina Bay Sands are charged at $55.00 and $75.00 respectively regardless of order value.

Other restricted or access-controlled premises — including but not limited to restricted camps, port facilities, airfreight centres and diplomatic premises — may require additional clearance, escorting or permits. Where an additional charge applies, we will contact you and confirm it with you before dispatch.

Delivery charges apply per delivery address. Orders requiring delivery to more than one address must be placed as separate orders.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.

You choose your delivery date and time slot in your shopping cart before checkout. Only the dates and slots we are able to serve are offered — anything unavailable is greyed out and cannot be selected. The cart calendar is the definitive guide to what is available.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time can usually be delivered the next working day, subject to availability. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the following working day.

We deliver within the time slot you choose, but we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time within that slot.

For festive orders, the delivery date shall be according to the details stipulated in the order confirmation and the relevant festive Terms and Conditions.

We will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If we cannot reach you, or are denied access to the delivery location, our first step is to leave the order at the entrance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so, the order will be returned to our nursery. In such cases an additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for redelivery.

TGC shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the customer withholding site access, facilities or permits. TGC reserves the right to claim additional costs incurred as a result of such delay.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete. TGC is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

All retail prices displayed are inclusive of GST.

Payment shall be made in full before delivery is arranged. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Products purchased from The Green Corner e-commerce platform may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis. Our exchange policy is limited to plants that are damaged, incorrect, or infested with disease or pests on the day of delivery. Requests for exchange must be notified by the customer on the day of delivery, with photographs, to thegreencorner@prince.com.sg.

The following are not covered by the exchange policy:

• Perishable goods, including cut flowers and floral arrangements
• Gardening supplies and consumables
• Products purchased with a discount code, and promotional or clearance items
• Plants that have declined after delivery due to watering, light, positioning or general care

There is no refund for cancellation of any order that has already been delivered.

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be refunded at our discretion, less any costs already incurred in preparing the order. Requests must be sent to thegreencorner@prince.com.sg.

Christmas and Chinese New Year orders have their own cancellation terms. Please refer to the relevant festive document.

Some orders are arranged outside the website — corporate installations, large festive packages, and trees of 13ft and above, among others. For these we issue a separate written quotation, contract or order form.

Where a separate written quotation, contract or order form has been issued by TGC and accepted by the customer, the terms of that document prevail over these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency. These Terms and Conditions continue to apply to anything that document does not cover.

TGC shall not be liable for any damages, injury or consequential damages, directly or indirectly caused by any failure of performance, error, defect, or delay of operation or communication of the products and services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore.

These Terms and Conditions, and the festive Terms and Conditions that sit under them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

TGC reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
